1. Why should I use the Germ Guard Towel and not just a regular towel? The Germ Guard Towel is designed with a protective barrier so there is no penetration of any harmful substances that are on the exercise equipment or the seat headrest.

With the Germ Guard Towel you always know which side faces the dirty surfaces and which side touches your skin.

2. Should I wash the towel when I first receive it? Yes. We recommend washing the towel before the first use.

3. How do I wash my towel? Machine wash and dry on low temperature with like colors, no bleach, no ironing.

4. Do I need to wash my towel after every use? We recommend washing your towel as often as you personally feel it is necessary.

5. Why do I need to take a towel to the Gym or when I travel? Because of all the unhealthy conditions that are now present every where (e.g. N1H1 virus, MRSA and other germs), it is important to be pro-active and use a towel that will give you the protection that you need.

6. How to I fold my towel when I don’t need it for a particular exercise? We recommend folding the towel in half so that the cloth side is facing inward, then folding it again so that when you put the towel on a surface the protective non-porous barrier will be touching the dirty surface, keeping the cloth side protected and clean.

7. Why isn’t the texture of the Germ Guard towel like my regular bath towel? The Germ Guard Towel is not a bath towel. It is designed to be a protective towel. For the protective barrier to be properly bonded to the towel, it has to have a smoother surface than a bath towel for the bonding process to adhere.

8. What size towel do I need? The Travel Towel comes in one size only. The Fitness/Sports Towel comes in two sizes, depending on your own particular workout needs. If you want to protect your head, neck and upper back area the regular size 14"x25" is perfect.
