The Germ Guard Story

I created The Germ Guard Travel and Fitness Towel because of my own personal needs. 

The Germ Guard Travel Towel was created to give myself some type of protection while traveling and commuting. I, like thousand of people, used public transportation to commute back and forth to work.  I noticed that most of the passengers would rest their heads on the seat headrest. I didn’t like the idea of resting my head on a dirty head rest that everybody else used. It was as if I were sleeping on their pillow case, so I created The Germ Guard Travel towel to protect myself from germs, odors, sweat and other unhealthy conditions.

Occasionally, I would travel by plane when I went on vacation and I had the same uncomfortable feeling.  Now with my Germ Guard Travel Towel, I can use it in all my travels and it gives me peace of mind that I’m doing my best in trying to stay healthy. That’s when I had my first idea to create a product that you can carry with you and use whenever you needed to. My wife and I also love using it when we go to the movie theater.

I have been working out since I was about 16 years old. It is my hobby and a way of life for me.  I‘ve always enjoyed being in the gym environment, but I always took notice that other members would work out and leave the benches greasy and sweaty.

I know that the gym is a breeding ground for all types of bacteria and viruses. I personally never felt comfortable using the unsanitary equipment so that is how I got the idea for the Germ Guard Fitness Towel.

MISSION STATEMENT

My mission was to create a product that would help keep people healthy by protecting them from unnecessary germs and other unhealthy conditions.
I consider Germ Guard International as my ministry and I am committed to donate 10% or more of the proceeds on the sale of each towel to charitable organizations that are dedicated in helping needy and hungry children in the United States and throughout the world.
